Ok, maybe it’s too early to start bragging. I’m not strong in the will power department.
Last visit to the dentist I was advised, instructed, ordered ….to give up the sugar. At least in my coffee. And my fear of the dentist – with all those sharp noisy tools, and needles and stuff….might help me stick to giving it up this time.
So this weekend I bought the fake sugar stuff. And this morning I used it in my coffee. By the second coffee I almost caved though. Already. See, no will power.
I think I may put a picture of the dentists drill on the sugar bowl. Just to remind me.
I need encouragement here. Help me stay strong. No more sugar in my tea or coffee.
I already miss it though. Seriously.
