Since August of 1989, CHOK has been the home of Time Out. A local sports call-in show featuring interviews, commentary, and listener participation. Time Out with Murray Vosbourgh & Tom Gibson gives Sarnia-Lambton listeners Local sports talk.

Murray Vosbourgh or the Voz, as he's known to local sports fans, has been in radio since 1973 and is the color commentator on Sarnia Sting hockey broadcasts.

Tom Gibson, despite the Leaf jersey, is actually an Edmonton Oiler fan (but don't hold this against him). Tom signed on as co-host in September 2002. Tom has also worked in Toronto at MOJO Radio, and in London at CJBK and CFPL. His knowledge and experience in the sports arena is an asset to the Time Out show.
